The path to AI sovereignty

AI, working inside your organization. On your terms.

Hands-on AI transformation for teams with no free time. We start at zero, build real workflows on the work you already do, and every session ends with something working — plus a written note on how to repeat it without us.

What we do

We automate your organization's repetitive work.

The goal isn't cutting staff — it's absorbing more work with the same team. The machine takes the repetitive part; your people do what only they can do.

half day · on their real stack

Your team works on their own tools and their own work. They leave with a workflow they can repeat without us — not with notes.

AI Operating System design

from $4,500
project · two weeks

Not a course: an induction for an organization with no free time. Diagnostic, a common language, and the first workflows built with you — not for you. It ends with concrete deliverables and an informed decision about what comes next.

How we work

Sovereignty is a practice, not a slogan.

Four commitments that aren't negotiable — which is why they're here and not in an annex.

No sensitive data ever enters a model.

No exceptions. Exercises run on public, anonymized, or synthetic data. If a real case needs delicate data, we rebuild it with equivalent fictional data.

The judgment stays with you.

What we teach includes how to decide. Your organization writes the policy on what never leaves — we help draft it, but the criteria live inside, not with the consultant.

Everything leaves working, and measured.

Before automating anything we baseline it — hours per process, error rates, response times — so the before and after can be shown in numbers. Every session ends with something running, plus a written note on how to repeat it without help.

No intermediaries.

Gregorio delivers every session. No delegated teams, no rotating instructors. The person who builds these things daily is the person who teaches them.

Who delivers the work
Gregorio Hildebrand, founder of Sovran

Two decades of operations work across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America — as founder, director, and team member. I invested in AI in 2021 without understanding what the developers actually did. In 2023 I learned the tools myself. Today I build with them daily: automations, geospatial analysis, and operating dashboards, inside Sovran. Not an instructor reciting documentation. I deliver every session myself.

Building in the open

Learning. Teaching. Building. Future-proofing.

Every morning we publish the three AI stories that matter, read through a single question: what do you own, and what do you rent? It ships here as a brief and on Instagram as a daily carousel.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what we get asked most.

It starts with a two-week induction: a use-case diagnostic, a video library your team watches in fifteen-minute fragments, live open conversations, 1:1 sessions on real tasks, and a team workshop on a case of your own. It ends with concrete deliverables, a common language about AI, and an informed decision about whether to go deeper.
