This is where private AI lives. The policy decides which work runs on open-weight models under your control, which may go to a frontier model, what is logged, and who signs off.

- The system enforces the rules. Agents can only do what the policy allows.
- Every action is logged. You can see what each agent did, with which data, on which model.
- A person signs off where it matters. You choose which actions need approval before they run.
AI still makes mistakes. In a governed setup they are contained, visible and traceable.

I trained as a designer in Switzerland and Italy, and spent two decades across hospitality, luxury, regenerative development, entrepreneurship and tech — in Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America. That is what I bring to the hard part: not the tool, but what is worth building.
I invested in AI in 2021, learned to build with the tools myself in 2023, and today I build software, automations, and AI systems — for my own projects and with the people I work with. Sovran is one of them.
